TIMBER MILL COMMUNITY PARK
East of Baudette along the shoreline of the Rainy River.
A wayside rest, locally known as the PEACE PARK, enables you to get a view of Canada from your vacation spot. Located next to the International Bridge, the park also has plaques telling the stories of the 1910 Fire and Massacre Island.
BAY FRONT PARK
Bay Front Park, home of Willie Walleye, is located on Baudette Bay.
ZIPPEL BAY STATE PARK
Zippel Bay State Park is located ten miles northeast of Williams, Minnesota on Lake of the Woods. Entrance to the park is from Lake of the Woods County State Aid Highway 8.
FRANZ JEVNE STATE PARK
Secluded and peaceful, this park offers picturesque views of Ontario and the Rainy River. Short paths and a boat launch offer access to the river for fishing, where anglers can catch walleyes, northerns, smallmouth bass and sturgeon. Pitch a tent in the rustic campsites, equipped with pit toilets, and a hand pump for water. A picnic area overlooks Sault Rapids.
